Postprandial Hypoglycemia 

This condition refers to low blood sugar that usually occurs after having a meal — normally, it occurs within four hours after eating. But it is different from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) that occurs while fasting. It can be caused due to diabetes, digestive tumors, or abnormal hormone levels.

Food Allergy

You may think that an allergy always carries symptoms such as sneezing or a runny nose. But this is not happening in all cases. Food allergies are an extremely common condition that can be triggered by eating certain types of food. That results in an abnormal immune response that causes a host of reactions, including headaches. If you experience that you are getting postmeal headaches by eating certain types of food, then there is the possibility that maybe you are allergic to a food and are unaware of the allergy.

TMJ disorders

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders are conditions affecting the lower jaw(mandible) joints and the surrounding muscles and ligaments. That can caused by any trauma, improper bite, arthritis, or wear and tear. Its symptoms include jaw tenderness, headaches, earaches, and facial pain. Chewing can trigger discomfort, and that can cause headaches.

So, whenever you experience postmeal headaches, notice your symptoms and what you ate before the strike of this headache.
