Hair loss is a problem from which both genders are suffering not now but from always. Even sometimes, it’s so threatening that you lose all the hairs on your head.   3. Alopecia areata is a disease in which your immune system gets weak, causing the stoppage of growth of hair follicles or hair loss.
  4. During cancer treatment, you lose all of your hair in a week.
  5. During stress, you face loss of your hair.
  6. After recovering or during illness and childbirth, you face hair loss problems.
  7. Creaming or coloring your hair often can cause hair loss and damage to your hair.
  8. Tightening hair styling and stretching your hair like making ponytails, tight braids, etc., can also result in hair loss.
  9. During pregnancy, hormonal imbalance in women and disturbance in the menstrual cycle can also lead to hair loss.
  10. Thyroid diseases can also lead to hair loss.

How to stop hair loss:

There are different tips you can adopt to prevent hair loss and causing the growth of your hairs, such as;

  1. Don’t do tight hairstyling because stretching your hair can cause hair damage and hair loss.
  2. Avoid too much or regular use of curlers or hair straighteners because their heat can damage your hair.
  3. Don’t do too much coloring, dying, and creaming your hair. Because chemicals can cause damage to your hair.
  4. Use a shampoo that suits your hair.
  5. Take supplements of iron, zinc, Vitamin D, and vitamin B-12.
  6. Peppermint, Chinese hibiscus, Jatamansi are the essential oils that can increase your hair growth.
  7. Include in your diet; Strawberries, beans, spinach, nuts, avocados, green vegetables, etc.
  8. Quit smoking.
  9. Using onion juice on the scalp can cause hair growth.
  10. Castor oil is also helpful in the growth of your hair.
  11. Extra intake of protein.
  12. Coconut oil.
  13. Paste yogurt and honey.
  14. Aloe Vera.

It is curable, and if it is not getting good with your diet or home remedies, you can consult a doctor, but it usually gets treated with care and avoids the things causing hair loss.
