Ingredients:
- 1 cup of whole milk (1 glass)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
(Here I am using lemon juice)
Preparation
- Take a bowl and mix both ingredients milk and lemon juice and mix well so that the ingredients integrate well and wait for 20 minutes.
- After the time is over, you will be noticed that the process is started and curd limps are started. Mix well but slowly and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to finishing the setting.
- After the time is over, you have curdles and yellowish milky liquid. Yes, the yellowish milky liquid is buttermilk.
- Strain it with a porous cloth.
- Take a container and place a porous cloth in it. Now pour your preparation in it slowly and strain it.
- Wait for a few minutes until you get to drop by drop all buttermilk in the container, and the curd remains in the porous cloth.
