The bacon should be clean and dry.

Now in a large bowl, add a little lemon juice with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, mix well, start nourishing the bacon slices in it and start putting them on the dish you are prepared.

- Twelve small potatoes or 6 large.
- Eight slices of smoked bacon.
- Half cup of cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
- Three tablespoons of margarine or butter with salt.
- A quarter cup of whole milk or heavy cream.

Preparation
First of all, wash the potatoes very well so that we will eat the skin of the potato, so wash well and then completely dry them.
